Juani
Navarro is our bilingual property manager.
Her office is conveniently located in the heart of town, right next
door to the Hotel Tonala. She will escort you to Casa Pacifica,
show you around and answer your questions about the house or La
Manzanilla.
Our caretaker Doña Marina checks in daily and she
is available as a housekeeper, cook or laundress for a reasonable
separate charge. Juani can arrange this service for you or
you can do it yourself.
Garbage may be placed in any of the receptacles on the main road,
the service is provided by our local municipality. Beer bottles
carry a deposit and can be recycled right back to the store.

Although crime
is virtually unknown in La Manzanilla, we do request
that you leave the house and gates locked when you leave. The original
owner/builders were very security conscious and so all of the doors
are equipped with locks. Its a good idea to have a system
for keeping track of the keys.
A water truck comes by once a week and will exchange empty bottles
for full ones. The town water system fills the storage tank on the
roof and shuts off in the afternoon. The washer is hooked up directly
to city water so it must be used before 2 p.m.
